Aesha Wildfyre
Aesha Wildfyre, an absolutely hypnotic, exotic and kaleidoscopic burlesque extraordinaire, has been dazzling and captivating audiences since 2005. A certified Hoopnotica® Hoopdance Instructor, Aesha’s passion for the craft was born after she was charmed by the skill and beauty of hoopdancers at an outdoor festival. A former member of the magnificent “Hoop Unit'', a celebrated burlesque, fire, belly dance and hoop troupe, Aesha has had the savoir-faire of performing her magical moves at big name venues including the House of Blues and 4th & B in San Diego. Opening for the likes of Ke$ha at The Jeffry Sanker infamous “White Party '' and for Kelly Rowland at the Dinah Shore weekend in Palm Springs, Aesha’s talent and bewitchment is not to be missed. After two years of performing with the Tit’s and Giggles Show’s she is both elated and honored to be able to keep bringing her love of hoopdance and burlesque to Kona as a founding member of The Lava Dolls!
Emma Noire
Emma Noire began her burlesque journey in 2015 in Omaha, Nebraska. There she performed in and produced multiple shows with Dream of Venus. She relocated to Hawaii in 2017 and pursued her burlesque dreams with the group Tits and Giggles and became a founding member of Lava Dolls in 2021. Growing up in theater, she has always loved performing and dancing. One of her favorite elements of burlesque is costuming, spending most of her days rhinestoning whatever she can!
Margo La Derrière
Margo La Derrière joined the Lava Dolls in 2023, having performed in prior shows since the troupe's inception. For Margo, performing has always been her dream. Whether she is dancing, singing, pole dancing, or swinging from a trapeze, she’s the happiest when she’s pursuing her passions. During the daytimes, you may have seen her teaching pole classes at Pole Hale under her muggle name, Meg. She’s so excited to join the incredibly talented Lava Dolls in their adventures!
Mistress Moss
Mistress Moss is a nature hoe from sunny southern California. She’s been a dancing queen ever since she was a wee lass; doing everything from ballet as a child to hip hop crew in high school. Her love of music, EDM, and raves has brought her to many a dance floor over the past decade, keeping her love of dance aflame. She has always admired dancers and performers and wanted to be the girl on stage. After moving to Hawai’i, she got the chance to chase that dream: gogo dancing at My Bar. Mistress Moss made her debut burlesque performance in A Midsummer's Night Tease in 2023, and swiftly was taken in as the newest member of the troupe. She is excited for you to witness her as THAT girl on stage she always dreamed she could be.
Miss V
Miss V isn’t new to the stage, having started her performance journey at 6 years old, she appeared in numerous plays, show choirs, performance groups, and even a small comedy troupe in college. Earning her Bachelor’s in Theatre aligned perfectly with performing at UNLV and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Her personal and professional life took off with the growth of her family and her business, but how she longed to be on the stage! So she took a deep breath, put on her big girl panties, and gave stand-up comedy a try for the first time in 2019. She was hooked! So exhilarated by the thrill of it all, she poured herself into the laughter she created with her genuine stories from her life at open-mics and as a featured comic with Dirty Girl Comedy and Kid Kona Comedy in Kailua-Kona. Tits & Giggles comedy cabaret opened the door to hosting, and Miss V immediately fell in love and a new avenue for her boundless creativity and sassy banter blossomed. She is overjoyed to join The Lava Dolls as both a founding member and show host, and is excited to work with the high caliber of talented professional women in this amazing troupe.
Nikkita Von Teaza
Born the love-child of a wandering tribe of glittering gypsies and rhinestoned misfits, Nikkita Von Teaza’s passions were set ablaze by the art of the tease and a little cabaret, if you please. Her search for other kindred wanderers led her to this sparkling tropical isle many years ago. She soon set out to find a sassy tribe of sirens to form The Lava Dolls and present you a new and dazzling revue of West Hawaii’s best in cabaret entertainment. As a previous member of Tits & Giggles performance group Nikkita has brought you sizzling performances as Maleficent, Mystique, Freddy Mercury, Mia Wallace and more. With a history and love for performance art running through her veins she’ll continue setting your senses afire and your mind a-whirl, assaulting the stage with a magnetic intensity and sinewy grace. Wouldn’t you like to know what’s on her mind?
Stevie Blackstar
Stevie Blackstar has many aliases, having performed in San Francisco’s sophisticated Art Deco stylings of the Decobelles, the Parisian prancings of Le Cancan Bijou, and the couture corsetry extraordinaires at Dark Garden Unique Corsetry. In what seems like another life they go-go danced into people’s hearts at the Trocadero & Glas Kat in SF, and once held the title at the Whiskey & Whores Saloon in Black Rock City for best striptease. Stevie finally decided to make the leap to performing burlesque after moving to Kailua-Kona and connecting with the wonderful Tits & Giggles crew, where their adoration of gender fluidity and chameleon-like characterization took center stage. They finally after many years finished a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts in 2023, culminating in a spectacular show featuring many Lava Dolls and other local tour de forces like Sabel Scities in Serendipity: A Stevie Blackstar Origin Story. Stevie is elated to bring a little razzle-dazzle to the stage as part of this spectacular troupe of performance artists.
